Japan: Plum Dew
It is a Japanese plum liqueur, which in addition to having important components for health, such as the organic citric acid incorporated in it, is truly delicious.

Plum Dew means “dew of plums”, its name comes from the Japanese words Ume and Shu, which means plum and liquor, respectively. It is a very sweet liquor, perfect to serve with ice as a digestive after a heavy meal.

Spain: Herb Marc Liquor

France: Cassis liquor

The process of elaboration is very simple, since it consists simply of mixing the fruits with alcohol, letting extract the aromatic and gustatory components and adding sugar. In France alone about 16 million liters of this drink are produced annually.

South Africa: Amárula Liqueur
The Amarula is considered one of the best liquors in the world. It is made with the fruit of the marula tree (Sclerocarya birrea). This tree grows in southern Africa and produces a fruit that, when it falls to the ground, ferments to the degree of producing alcohol itself.

The liquor is subjected to a fermentation process very similar to that of a wine, to be subsequently distilled in copper stills. After that process a young flavor is achieved that is left to age for two years in oak barrels.

Italy: Amaretto liquor
It is a liquor in which the sweetness of apricot kernels is combined with the bitterness of almonds, pure alcohol, caramelized sugar, essence of seventeen aromatic plants and fruits among which vanilla stands out. It has an alcoholic graduation that is usually around 25 degrees and does not exceed 30.

The Amaretto is originally from Saronno, a small town near Milan, Italy. According to the story, in 1525, the painter Bernardino Luini was commissioned to paint a fresco of the Madonna in Saronno. To help himself, he had the help of the daughter of the owner of an inn who served as a model. After months he fell in love with the painter and as a sign of his love he prepared a drink with natural products that he had in his garden.

Spain: Clove Liquor
