To cook pasta you should try to keep it al dente, otherwise, when you add the sauce it can be beaten.
Ingredients

Select all ingredients:
- enough of water
- enough of salt
- 500 grams of spaghetti or pasta of your choice
- 1 package of chopped bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken
- enough of Parmesan cheese to serve
- enough of finely chopped parsley
Preparation
Heat the water in a pot until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt and when it boils, cook the pasta until it is al dente, strain and reserve.
Heat a deep skillet over medium heat and cook the chopped bacon until golden brown, add the butter and fry the garlic. Add the whipping cream and the milk and, when it comes to a boil, add the Parmesan cheese, cook until it melts, add the chicken and the pasta, add and season.
Serve the pasta on a plate and decorate with more Parmesan cheese, parsley and enjoy.
