Aruba Has The Best Restaurant in The Caribbean

Screaming Eagle restaurant was recognized as the Best Restaurant in the Caribbean by the Caribbean Journal.

Undoubtedly the word Aruba no longer only defines a geographical position in the world. Today Aruba is synonymous with paradise, happiness, rest and comfort. By speaking aruba we could immediately move to its beaches and feel the sea breeze, its hotels and feel the glamour. But could we describe with the same intensity what Aruba knows?

The gastronomy in Aruba has been characterized by being a rich fusion of possibilities that receives with open arms to each of its visitors, to give free rein to those whims that, more than feeling on the palate, are lived as a unique and unforgettable experience. The island offers a sea of dining options, which provide a direct passage to travel with the palate to the different cuisines of the world.

Aruba continues to reinvent itself and innovate in gastronomic offers for its tourists, this year there are four places in charge of demonstrating it. One such case is the renowned Screaming Eagle restaurant, recently recognized with The Number One Ranking in the List of the 50 Best Restaurants of the Carriben Journal, the leading digital newspaper in the region. Within its state-of-the-art facilities, inspired by Miami style, it offers French fusion food. An experience to live that, according to renowned chef Erwin Husken, will allow you to enjoy a meal that gets better and better.

Another option that would allow us to describe the taste of Aruba is the Pure Lime restaurant, located in the luxury building of the Divi Aruba All Inclusive – the first building of the Divi Aruba overlooking its majestic swimming pool. With an open atmosphere and attention to guests of Divi Aruba’s properties, the restaurant allows you to glide through the essences of Mexican gastronomic culture thanks to the dishes of renowned chef Lyssette Van Der Biezen.

The sweet flavors of romanticism and magic are also an important part of Aruban cuisine, represented this year by Atardi, Aruba Marriott Resort & Setellaris Casino’s new restaurant. Formerly known as Simply Fish, Atardi offers its guests the same “barefoot” dining experience, casual and relaxed in a high atmosphere. Its incredible sea view, coastal and refreshing design, as well as an extensive menu of tempting options in which fish and seafood are protagonists, make this a transcendental experience. Its main concept is that of complicity to eat with bare feet.

However, the island does not close its range of options in the face of the most uncomplicated palates: Kono Pizza offers the possibility to enjoy the popular Italian flavor, served in a unique cone shape, lower in calories and preserving its traditional flavors. Kono Pizza can be found at Pizza Italia and Oranjestad restaurants.

The taste of Aruba is cosmopolitan, full of variety and fusions that represent the multiculturalism of the island. An additional reason to be encouraged to visit this paradisiaic place and leave in memory a delicious feeling of happiness.
