Ingredients:
- 1 kilo of chicken
- 2 litres of water
- 100g onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 200g noodle soup paste
Preparation:
The essence of any soup is broth, we will start this delicious soup preparing the background that characterizes it. We prepare the vegetables for action. We peel them and cut them into irregular pieces.
We prepare the chicken, we cut it into pieces, for this recipe we will use everything. The meat can be used when the soup is ready to make croquettes or accompany this dish directly.
Put the vegetables and chicken in the pot, add about 2 liters of water, salt and a little oil. We will let these ingredients simmer for about 2 hours.
