- 500 grams of ground beef
- Onion
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Bread crumbs
- Egg
- Cheese
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
Preparation
In a bowl mix the ground meat, with the grated onion, the grated garlic, the finely chopped parsley, two eggs and two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, stir to mix the ingredients very well, season with salt and pepper if you wish and reserve.
With the mozzarella cheese, make small balls that will go inside the meatball, make enough. You can also use small cubes.
Start assembling the meatballs around the cheese balls according to the size you want, compact very well so that in cooking they do not disassemble.
You can cook the meatballs in onion and tomato stir fry or fry them.
